Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is known for his distinctive way of rapping. Baker was born on April 22 1990, in Houston Texas U.S. into an extended family that was of English Scottish and German descent. His parents were missionaries. In his early years Baker traveled a lot with them. James Colson Baker battled depression as well as joblessness. His mom Sonia Alane dumped him at age 9. Baker and his dad moved to Denver in the United States, and they stayed in the home of his father's Aunt. Baker's inability to pay for school was the cause to be bullied by children who were around him. As he entered the sixth grade, Baker started to study the art of rap. Colson Kelly Baker was born on 22 April 1990 in Texas America. The music he creates is a blend of contemporary hip-hop, alternative and rock. Prior to joining Bad Boy Records Baker released four mixtapes between 2007 and 2010. With lyrics that were faster than bullet trains, this Cleveland rapper saw a rapid rise to fame in 2011. His career changed from self-released cassettes, to signing with labels. The following years saw every album he released was ranked at the top of the charts.
