Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is known for his distinctive way of rapping. Baker and his dad moved to Denver in the United States, and they stayed in the home of his father's Aunt. Baker's inability to pay for school was the cause to be bullied by children who were around him. As he entered the sixth grade, Baker started to study the art of rap. Prior to joining Bad Boy Records Baker released four mixtapes between 2007 and 2010. With lyrics that were faster than bullet trains, this Cleveland rapper saw a rapid rise to fame in 2011. His career changed from self-released cassettes, to signing with labels. The following years saw every album he released was ranked at the top of the charts.
